Reactivate Account

To activate an existing account, the user may follow the steps below:

1. From the Login page, click the “Request to Reactivate Account” button.

2. Enter the email address you used to register your account.

3. Upload your [updated] authorization form in PDF format.

4. Click the “Submit” button.

5. WAIT for the email notification once your account is activated.
